经方大黄䗪虫丸在男科中的临证应用

摘　　要：精液液化异常、精索静脉曲张、慢性前列腺炎是男科常见的疾患,3种疾病虽各具特点,但病因病机却基本相同,因“虚”、因“瘀”或二者相互夹杂影响都会导致其的发生。故总的治疗原则为“缓中补虚、活血化瘀”,在临证中发现诸“虚”会影响疾病走向,虚久致瘀,瘀久致虚,造成病势缠绵反复,运用大黄■虫丸治疗男科类疾病,病情控制稳定不易反复,效果尚可,通过3则男科疾病的治疗,介绍大黄■虫丸在男科应用的临床经验。Abnormal semen liquefaction,varicocele and chronic prostatitis are the commonly seen diseases in andrology.Each disease has its own feature,but the basic etiology and pathogenesis are the same.Deficiency,stasis or the combination of the two can cause the above diseases.Therefore tonifying deficiency and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis are the principle of the treatment.However,it is found out that deficiency will influence the above diseases prognosis.Lasting deficiency can cause stasis and lasting stasis will cause deficiency in reverse,resulting in the diseases lingering.Dahuang Zhechong Pill is used to treat various kinds of diseases in andrology,it has significant effect on controlling the condition of the disease.This study introduced the clinical application of Dahuang Zhechong Pill through three cases of abnormal semen liquefaction,varicocele and chronic prostatitis.
