摘  要:大黄含有多种有效成分,具有广泛的药理作用,具有泻下攻积、凉血解毒、清热泻火、逐瘀通经和利湿退黄等功效。综述近年来大黄研究的最新文献,发现大黄含有蒽衍生物类、有机酸类、挥发油类、苷类化合物和鞣质类等多种有效成分,能改善消化系统、调节血液系统、促进新陈代谢、影响神经系统,还可以改善肾脏功能、减轻延缓疼痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑制细菌、抗氧化应激、抗病毒和防止肺部疾病等。Rhubarb contains many kinds of effective ingredients,which have a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as purgative and attacking accumulation,cooling blood and resolving toxins,clearing away heat and fire,removing blood stasis and activating channels,and promoting diuresis and eliminating jaundice.It is found that rhubarb contains anthracene derivatives,organic acids,volatile oils,glycosides,tannins and other effective ingredients,which can improve the digestive system,regulate the blood system,promote metabolism,affect the nervous system,improve renal function and alleviate pain.The chemical constituents of rhubarb also have the actions of anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,and anti-oxidation,as well as inhibiting bacteria,resisting virus and preventing lung diseases.
