摘  要:刮膜式分子蒸馏是一种物理分离技术,特别适用于液体混合物的分离与提纯。介绍了刮膜式分子蒸馏的技术原理和设备总体组成,设备传动、蒸发分离、冷凝及进料等组成系统的研究进展。对比了传动系统机械、填料、磁力密封结构,POPE、UIC及SMS公司刮膜式分子蒸馏设备的蒸发分离系统结构,POPE、UIC和力马公司刮膜式分子蒸馏设备的冷凝系统结构以及POPE和Toptio公司刮膜式分子蒸馏设备的进料系统结构,介绍了多级刮膜式分子蒸馏装置的发展,总结了刮膜式分子蒸馏设备的特点,以期为工业生产和实验研究中全面了解刮膜式分子蒸馏技术,选择适宜原料特性、满足工艺和产品质量要求的技术设备提供参考。The wiped film molecular distillation is a physical separation technology, especially suitable for the separation and purification of liquid mixtures. The technical principle of the wiped film molecular distillation and the composition of the equipment, as well as the research progress of the system of equipment transmission, evaporation separation, condensation and feeding were introduced. By Comparing the transmission system of machinery, packing, magnetic sealing structure, the main structures of the evaporation separation system of POPE, UIC and SMS were compared, the structures of the condensation system of POPE, UIC and LIMA were compared, and the structure of POPE and Toptio feeding system were compared. The development of multi-stage wiped film molecular distillation equipment was introduced, and the characteristics were summarized. For the industrial production and experimental research, a comprehensive understanding of the wiped film molecular distillation technology and the selection suitable equipment for the characteristics of raw materials to meet the process and product quality requirements was provided.
