摘　　要：针对螺纹装配安全阀的解体和组装操作,设计了一种专用夹具。专用夹具主要由下压板、调整丝杆、上压板、卡具和压紧螺栓等构成。专用夹具克服了螺纹装配时弹簧轴向回弹产生的不利因素,解决了螺纹装配时强制解体与组装的潜在危险以及咬合损伤问题,为螺纹装配安全阀的组装提供了精确导向,可防止阀盖在螺纹旋进过程中因倾斜而卡涩,易于保持较高的装配同轴度,具有制造成本低廉、易于加工和操作方便等优点。A special fixture was designed for disassembly and assembly of thread assembly safety valve, which mainly composes of lower plate, adjustment screw, upper plate, clamp, and compression bolts. The application of the special fixture realizes the fast assembly and disassembly of thread assembly safety valve. The special fixture overcomes the unfavorable factors caused by the axial rebound of the spring, solves the danger of forced disassembly and assembly during thread assembly, and the problem of large bite damages. It provides precise guidance for the assembly of thread assembly safety valve and prevents the valve cover jamming during the assembly process with maintaining high assembly coaxiality, low manufacturing cost, easy fabrication and easy operation.
