摘  要:介绍了火炬燃烧器超温受损情况。基于燃烧器结构探讨了引入燃烧器的3路消烟蒸汽的作用,指出消烟蒸汽压力偏低、消烟蒸汽供给滞后、蒸汽系统维护管理不当、中心引射蒸汽喷嘴堵塞等是造成火炬燃烧器超温的原因,提出并实施了提升蒸汽压力、做好备用状况下蒸汽冷凝液排放及梅花喷嘴定期清理等改进措施,有效解决了火炬燃烧器运行过程中的超温问题,延长了火炬燃烧器的使用寿命。The flare burner damages due to abnormal higher temperature were introduced. The function of the three-way smoke suppression steams were discussed based on the flare burner structure. It is summarized that the low pressure of the smoke-eliminating steam, the overtime of the smoke-eliminating steam supply, the improper maintenance and management of the steam system and the blockage of the center-injected steam nozzle were the causes of the overheating of the flare burner. The improvement measures such as increasing steam pressure, discharging steam condensate under standby condition and regular cleaning of plum nozzle were proposed and implemented, which effectively solved the over-temperature problem during the operation of the flare burner and prolonged the service life of the flare burner.
