摘  要:为设计出稳定性更好、推力更强的航空发动机,热障涂层已成为目前研究的热点,而等离子喷枪的设计与制造是热障涂层研究的重点。在SULZER-METCO-9M设备等离子喷枪的基础上,根据易损件属性,结合现有理论知识和实际需求,对热障涂层等离子喷枪的关键零部件-阳极(喷嘴)、阴极和绝缘体进行设计和制造,以解决进口设备零部件短缺等问题,并逐步实现高端进口设备的国产化替代。In order to design aerodynamic engine with better stability and stronger thrust, thermal barrier coating has become a hot research topic, and the design and manufacture of plasma spray gun is the focus of thermal barrier coating research. Based on the original SULZER-METCO-9M plasma spray gun, and the properties of the wearing parts, this paper combines the existing theoretical knowledge and actual needs to design and manufacture the key components of the thermal barrier coating plasma spray gun, anode(nozzle), cathode, electrode column and insulator. The research will solve the shortage of imported equipment parts and other parts, and gradually realize the localization of high-end imported equipment.
