摘 要:通过理论计算和水样检测对三卤甲烷检测过程中液液萃取时无水硫酸钠用量优化进行了研究。结果显示:对于模拟样品(在去离子水中加入20μg/L三卤甲烷标准溶液)和实际水样(校园龙头水和泳池水),萃取过程中加入硫酸钠的用量在6~16 g时,萃取效率相差不大;pH和三卤甲烷浓度对萃取效果影响较小;三卤甲烷的方法检测限达到3~130 ng/L;使用6 g硫酸钠强化液液萃取的效果与使用12 g硫酸钠(美国环保署推荐的EPA 551.1检测方法)强化的效果近似。In this study,the optimization of sodium sulfate dosage in liquid-liquid extraction process of trihalomethane(THMs)detection was investigated through theoretical calculation and water sample detection.For simulated samples(added 20μg/L THMs standard solution into distilled water)and real samples(tap water and swimming pool water of campus),dose of Na2SO4 from 6 g to 16 g shew similar efficiencies on THMs extraction based on salting-out.The method determination limit of THMs ranges from 3 ng/L to 130 ng/L.Compared with the recommended dose 12 g in EPA 551.1,dose of 6 g shows similar efficiency,with low-cost,easywashing vials and less potential hazardousness to environment.
