摘　　要：[目的]通过Meta分析方法来探究叶酸与阿尔兹海默病之间的相关关系。[方法]检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等中研究叶酸与阿尔兹海默病相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时间为建库至2018年3月17日,按照纳入及排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入文献的方法学质量,采用Stata 12.0软件进行数据分析。[结果]共纳入23篇文献,Meta分析显示:病例组病人叶酸水平低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义[SMD=-0.73,95%CI(-1.00,-0.46),P<0.001]。漏斗图和Egger's检验(t=-1.95,P=0.065)显示,存在发表偏倚的可能性较小。敏感性分析显示,结果较稳定。[结论]现有结果表明:叶酸水平低可能是阿尔兹海默病发生的危险因素。但是受纳入文献质量和数量影响,此结果需进一步探究。Objective:To probe into correlation between folic acid and Alzheimer's disease by meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant casecontrol studies on correlation between folic acid and Alzheimer's disease were retrieved from these databases,such as PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,VIP database,China Biology Medicine Disc,and so on.Retrieval time was from the establishment to March 17,2018.According to inclusion and exclusion criterion,literature screening,information extraction and quality evaluation of literature methodology were implemented in sequence.Then Stata 12.0 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 23 literatures were included.And meta-analysis showed that level of folic acid in the case group was lower than that in the control group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups[SMD=-0.73,95%CI(-1.00,-0.46),P<0.001].The funnel plot and Egger's test(t=-1.95,P=0.065)showed that publication bias was less likely.Sensitivity analysis showed that the result was relatively stable.Conclusion:Current results suggest that low level of folic acid may be a risk factor for Alzheimer's disease's occurence.However,due to the limitations of quality and quantity of included literatures,this consequence needs to be further explorated.
