军医大学临床医学专业学员对岗位素质的认知度分析

摘　　要：为了解军医大学临床医学专业学员对岗位素质的认知度,以已经构建的军医大学临床医学专业学员岗位胜任力评价指标体系为基础,采用李克特5级评价法,调查了某军医大学935名在校学员(一年级不熟悉情况除外)对于各项岗位素质重要性的认识。结果显示,在校学员对9项岗位素质重要性的看法有统计学差异(F=68.253,P<0.001),其中认为临床医疗服务能力、持续学习能力的重要性最高(4.78,4.73),其次是医患沟通能力、内在素质、团队合作能力、疾病预防与健康促进(4.66,4.61,4.61,4.61),再次是创新与科研能力(4.39),最后是信息技术和工具应用能力和军政素质(4.28,4.22)。同时在校学员对于临床医疗服务能力、疾病预防与健康促进、团队合作能力、创新与科研能力、内在素质下辖具体素质的认知度比较也有统计学差异(F=15.270,50.049,17.589,19.257,10.581,P<0.001)。To know the recognition for post quality of clinical medicine students in military medical universities, based on the constructed competency evaluation index system for clinical medicine students in one military medical university, 935 students were surveyed(except the freshmen) on their awareness of the qualities’ importance with Likert 5-grade evaluation method. The results showed that it was statistically different on the importance of the 9 post qualities(F=68.253,P<0.001), and the scores of clinical service skills and continuous learning skills were the highest(4.78, 4.73), followed by patient-physician communication skills, inherent quality, team work ability, disease prevention and health promotion(4.66,4.61,4.61,4.61), and then innovation and scientific research ability(4.39), application ability of information technologies and tools(4.28), and military and political quality(4.22). Meanwhile it showed statistical significance among the recognition for the subitems of the clinical service skills, disease prevention and health promotion, team work ability, innovation and scientific research ability, and inherent quality(F=15.270,50.049,17.589,19.257,10.581,P<0.001).
