摘 要:近年来,我国可再生能源发电得到了飞速的发展,每年新增的电力装机中,新增可再生能源电力装机已经超过50%以上。同时,可再生能源电力的上网电价持续下降,已经初步实现了平价上网。在不远的将来,可再生能源电力的上网电价将会继续下降,可再生能源成为主导能源的时代即将到来。由于可再生能源具有时变性、不可调度、地理上不可平移的特点,加之广域范围内的可再生能源具有较强的时空互补性,采用合理的输电网结构是实现高比例可再生能源接入的重要手段之一。本文针对我国可再生能源资源和负荷分布特点,提出了一种新的输电骨干网架结构,可以充分利用可再生能源的时空互补性,以降低对储能和旋转备用的需求。In recent years,China’s renewable energy power generation has achieved rapid development,and over 50%percent of the newly increased power generation comes from solar energy and wind power.At the same time,the on-grid price of the renewable energy power has continued declining and initially achieved at a competitive price when compared with other traditional generations.With the continually decreasing of the generation cost,the renewable energy will become the dominant energy source in the future.The generating power from the renewable energy is random,not schedulable and geographically non-translatable,and the renewable energy in the wide-area range has strong tempo-spatial complementarities,hence a reasonable transmission network is one of the crucial solutions to achieve high proportion of renewable energy in the grid.Based on the investigation on the distribution of renewable energy resources and power load in China,this paper proposed a new transmission backbone architecture,which can make full use of the tempo-spatial complementarities of the renewable energy.Consequently,it can significantly reduce the requirements for energy storage and rotating reserve.
