摘 要:为阐明植物对二氧化硫的抗性机制,以小麦为试验材料,采用同工酶电泳技术,初步研究了二氧化硫对小麦幼苗主要抗氧化酶同工酶的影响。结果表明:用50 mg·m-3 SO 2熏气处理后,小麦幼苗叶片细胞中CAT活性下降,当不再熏气后,CAT活性又逐渐恢复,POD和SOD活性升高。因此,50 mg·m-3 SO 2胁迫对小麦细胞中不同抗氧化酶的影响是不同的,这些抗氧化酶活性的高低在小麦对SO 2的抗性中可能具有重要的作用。In order to elucidate the mechanism of plant resistance to sulfur dioxide,the effects of sulfur dioxide on the main antioxidant enzymes of wheat seedlings were elementary studied by using isozymes electrophoresis.The results showed that CAT activity was decreasing after being treated with 50 mg·m^-3SO2.When SO2 was removed,the CAT activity restored gradually.Both POD and SOD activity in experimental groups increased according to isozyme electrophoresis pattern.So we concluded that 50 mg·m^-3SO2 stress had different effects on different antioxidant enzymes in wheat.The activity of these antioxidant enzymes may play an important role in the resistance of wheat to SO2.
