摘  要:在聚酰亚胺纤网中混入一层碳纤维网,通过先预针刺后水刺加固的方法,制备耐高温抗静电复合滤料,并对滤料的物理性能、耐温性能、抗静电性能及过滤性能等进行表征。结果显示:滤料在300℃下具有较高的断裂强度保持率和低表面电阻率特性,且经预针刺后水刺加固得到的滤料具有更高的过滤效率及更低的过滤阻力,可为焦炉、玻璃窑等高温高可燃性烟气的净化提供新的解决方案。The composite filter materials with high temperature resistance and antistatic properties were prepared by pre-puncturing and then spunlacing reinforcement through mixing a layer of carbon fiber mesh in the middle of PI fiber mesh.And the properties such as physical properties,temperature resistance,antistatic properties and filtration properties of the filter materials were characterized.The results showed that the filter materials had high breaking strength retention and low surface resistivity at 300℃,and the filter materials obtained higher filtration efficiency and lower filtration resistance after pre-puncturing and then spunlacing processing,which could provide a new solution for the purification of high temperature and high flammability flue gas from coke oven or glass kiln etc.
