摘 要:以PAN亚微米纤维膜为芯层,ES纤维热风非织造材料为上、下层,采用热风穿透式黏合工艺制备亚微米纤维复合非织造过滤材料,分析热风温度和处理时间对亚微米纤维复合非织造过滤材料的力学性能及过滤性能的影响。试验结果表明:当热风温度为130℃和处理时间为4 min时,亚微米纤维复合非织造过滤材料的成型效果、力学性能和过滤性能都较佳,其剥离强力达40.82 cN,纵向断裂强力为122.27 N,横向断裂强力为21.87 N,在32 L/min的气体流速下过滤效率为99.44%、过滤阻力为154.74 Pa,可用作精细空气过滤材料的滤芯。PAN sub-micron fiber membrane was used as the core layer,and ES fiber hot air nonwoven materials were used as the top and bottom layers to prepare the sub-micron fiber composite nonwoven filter materials by the hot air penetration bonding process.The effects of hot air temperature and processing time on the mechanical properties and filtration performances of the sub-micron fiber composite nonwoven filter materials were analyzed.The experimental results showed that,when the hot air temperature was 130℃and the processing time was 4 min,the molding effects,mechanical properties and filtration performances of the sub-micron fiber composite nonwoven filter materials were relatively better.And its peeling strength reached 40.82 cN,the longitudinal fracture strength was 122.27 N,and the transverse fracture strength was 21.87 N.Under the gas flow rate of 32 L/min,the filtration efficiency was 99.44%,and the filtration resistance was 154.74 Pa.It could be used as the filter element of fine air filter materials.
