摘  要:基于光学测量技术,设计可快速测量纱线截面参数的试验装置。通过测试不同线密度、不同捻度的长丝束样本,分析线密度及捻度对截面参数的影响,并给出截面测试直径、截面测试面积与截面当量直径、截面当量面积,以及截面形状系数的计算方法。测试结果表明,该测试装置可测得包含结构因素在内的纱线截面参数,能为产业用纱线力学性能的预测和质量控制提供更精确的纱线截面信息。Based on optical measurement technology,a test device for quickly measuring the cross-section parameters of yarns was designed.Through testing the samples of filament bundle with different linear density and different twist,the influences of linear density and twist on the cross-section parameters were analyzed,and the calculation methods of cross-section test diameter,cross-section test area and cross-section equivalent diameter,cross-section equivalent area,as well as cross-section shape factor were given.The results showed that,the test device could obtain the cross-section parameters of yarns including structural factors,which could provide more accurate cross-section information of yarns for the mechanical property prediction and the quality control of industrial yarns.
