摘　　要：阐述了一款薄壁方形铜管水嘴管件的结构特点,具体分析了薄壁方形铜管尾端腰形孔口的冷作成型技术工艺过程,为同类产品的成型技术提供了参考依据。This paper describes the structural characteristics of a thin-walled square copper pipe nozzle,and analyzes the cold forming process of the waist-shape hole at the end of thin-walled square copper tube,so as to provide a reference for the molding technology of similar products.
