摘　　要：为了推动国家标准《机动车电子标识读写设备应用接口规范》(GB/T 37987-2019)的实施和推广应用,提高机动车标识读写设备的标准化、智能化水平,提高竞争力,对这项标准进行了系统地解读。首先阐述了标准的制定背景与意义,其次介绍了标准的使用范围和术语定义,最后系统阐述了接口规范,技术要求,对未来的应用做了展望。In order to promote the implementation,popularization and application of national standard "Specifications for Application of Read-Write Equipment for the Electronic Identification of Motor Vehicles"(GB/T 37987-2019),improve the standardization and intelligent level of motor vehicles and the competitiveness of read-write equipment for the electronic identification of motor vehicles,the standard is interpreted by the numbers.Firstly,the background and significance of standard formulation are expounded.Secondly,the scope of use and definition of terms are introduced.Finally,the interface specification,technical requirements and the important matters needing attention in the implementation process are systematically described.And the future application is prospected.
