精准化护理指导在髋关节置换术后老年患者居家康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察精准化护理指导在髋关节置换术后老年患者居家康复中的应用效果。方法:选取96例首次接受髋关节置换术的老年患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组给予常规出院指导和电话随访,观察组在对照组基础上给予精准化护理康复指导。比较两组出院1、3、6个月时髋关节功能、日常生活自理能力及出院6个月内并发症发生情况。结果:观察组出院1、3、6个月时Harris量表和Barthel指数量表评分高于对照组,观察组出院6个月内并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精准化护理指导可有效提高老年患者髋关节置换术后日常生活自理能力和髋关节功能康复效果,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生命质量。Objective: To explore application effects of precision nursing guidance in home rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip replacement. Methods: Ninety-six elderly patients with primary hip replacement were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up after discharge, while the observation group used the precise nursing rehabilitation guidance after discharge on the basis of those of the control group. The hip joint function and daily life self-care ability 1, 3 and 6 months after discharge as well as the complications within 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of the Harris scale and Barthel index 1, 3 and 6 months after discharge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group within 6 months after discharge was significantly lower than that in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the elderly patients after hip replacement, the precision nursing can effectively improve the daily life self-care ability and hip function rehabilitation effects, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of these patients.
