摘　　要：雷根平主任医师为陕西省第3届名中医,临床注重经典理论的实践运用和名家学术思想的临证发挥。对于痛风性关节炎的诊治,认为应注重其病机演变的过程性,运用"分期辨证,防、调、养并举"的诊疗理念,以"节源开流法"为总治则,全面综合治疗。Chief physician LEI Genping is the third famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Shaanxi Province. Clinical emphasis on the practical application of classical theory and the demonstration of famous Scholars ’academic thought. For the diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis,it is believed that we should pay attention to the process of its pathogenesis evolution,use the diagnosis and treatment concept of"stage differentiation of syndrome,prevention,treatment and recuperation simultaneously",and take"source saving and open flow method"as the general rule,comprehensive treatment.
