摘　　要：现阶段预制装配式建筑建造成本较高,限制了其在国内的推广应用,运用影响系数分析法对限制预制装配式建筑的生产成本影响因素进行分析,研究表明:形成规模经济、采用先进施工工法有助于降低装配式建筑生产成本,可为其推广应用提供参考.At the present stage,the cost of prefabricated prefabricated building construction is relatively high,which limits its popularization and utilization in China.In this paper,the influence coefficient analysis method has been used to analyze the factors that affect the production cost of prefabricated prefabricated building.It shows that the formation of economies of scale and the use of advanced construction methods can help reduce the production costs of prefabricated buildings and provide a reference for their popularization and application.
