摘  要:目的探讨水杨酸伪麻黄碱对小鼠皮层脑电活动的影响。方法40只小鼠随机分为4组,分别腹腔注射水杨酸伪麻黄碱25、50、100 mg·kg^-1和生理盐水,采用电生理学方法测定小鼠脑皮层电图总功率(T)、主波频率及频率分配。结果水杨酸伪麻黄碱25 mg·kg^-1组可使小鼠脑皮层电图主波频率在给药后15、30、60、90、120 min升高(P均<0.05);50 mg·kg^-1组可使主波频率仅在给药后5 min升高(P<0.05)。水杨酸伪麻黄碱25 mg·kg-1组给药后5和90 min时可使(α+β)/T升高,(δ+θ)/T降低(P均<0.05);50 mg·kg^-1组在给药后120 min时(δ+θ)/T降低(P<0.05);100 mg·kg^-1组给药后30min时可致δ/T升高(P<0.05),给药后5、15和60 min时θ/T降低(P均<0.05)。各剂量组水杨酸伪麻黄碱对脑电总功率均无明显影响(P均>0.05)。结论水杨酸伪麻黄碱在低剂量时中枢神经兴奋性增强。Objective To investigate the effects of Pseudo-ephedrine Salicylate(PES)on electrocorticogram(ECoG)in mice.Methods Total power,document frequency and frequency distribution were used to observe the change of ECoG in mice administrated with PES.Results Compared with normal saline group,document frequency of the PES(25 mg·kg^-1)treated group was significantly increased after administration 15,30,60,90 and 120min(P all<0.05).After administration for 5min,document frequency of the PES(50 mg·kg^-1)treated group was significantly increased.The ratio sum ofαwave andβwave to total power in the PES(25 mg·kg-1)treated group was significantly increased(P<0.05),meanwhile the ratio sum ofδwave andθwave to total power was decreased(P<0.05)after administration for 5 and 90 min.The ratio sum ofδwave andθwave to total power in the PES(50 mg·kg^-1)treated group was decreased(P all<0.05)after administration for 120min.The ratioδwave to total power in PES(100 mg·kg^-1)treated group was significantly increased(P<0.05)after administration for 5 min,15 min and 60 min,the ratioθwave to total power in PES(100 mg·kg^-1)treated group was decreased(P all<0.05).The total power was not changed in PES(25,50 and 100 mg·kg^-1)treated group(P all>0.05).Conclusion Only low dose of PES has excitability on central nervous system.
