摘　　要：目的通过对宁夏包虫病历信息的调查,分析包虫病的入院诊断符合率和影像学病程分型以及各种并发症的患病情况,为临床诊疗包虫病提供理论依据。方法对2002—2013年2518例包虫病临床资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果泡型包虫病入院诊断符合率为72%,囊型包虫病入院诊断符合率为66%,有合并症的包虫病人中,合并症累及肝胆系统的患者占66%,肝包虫的影像学病程分型中,泡型肝包虫病程多为晚期,囊型肝包虫病历中有明确影像学病程记录分型的仅有421例。结论包虫病灶累及部位以肝脏为主,包虫患者入院诊断符合率较低。Objective Based on the investigation of the medical records of echinococcosis in Ningxia,the coincidence rate of the diagnosis in hospital,the classification of the course of imaging and the prevalence of various complications were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of echinococcosis.Methods A retrospective survey was made on the medical records of hydatidosis(2002 to 2013),and data analysis was carried out after the clinical information in the medical records was sorted out.Results Within the medical records,the coincidence rate of alveolar hydatidosis and cystic hydatidosis was 72%and 66%respectively.Anomgst cases of echinococcosis with complicationgs,which involved in hepatobiliary system were 66%.In the imaging classification regarding disease course of hepatic hydatid,most patients with alveolar hydatid were in advanced stage.Only 421 patients with cystic liver hydatid were defined by imaging classification of disease course.Conclusion The data of hydatid cases we analyzed,echinococcosis were implicated mainly in hepatobiliary system.The total coincidence rate of initial diagnosis of hepatic hydatid patients in the whole region was low.
