摘 要:在不同热输入和不同顶锻量等焊接工艺条件下,对TB60廓型R260钢轨移动闪光焊接头纵断面硬度、热影响区宽度及拉伸、冲击等性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着焊接热输入的增大,钢轨闪光焊接头热影响区宽度也越大,但纵断面硬度趋于平缓;随着顶锻量的增加,钢轨闪光焊接头纵断面硬度间差值先增大后减小,热影响区宽度基本呈减小趋势;不同顶锻量条件下的钢轨闪光焊接头冲击及拉伸性能相差不大。The longitudinal hardness,width of heat affected zone,tensile and impact properties of the mobile flash butt welded joint for R260 rail with TB60 profile were studied under different heat input and upsetting distance.The results showed that width of heat affected zone of rail flash welded joint broadens with increase of welding heat input,while the longitudinal hardness tended to be smoother.As upsetting distance increased,differences between the longitudinal hardness values of rail flash butt welded joints first increased and then decreased,while width of heat affected zone basically decreased.And differences of impact and tensile properties under different upsetting distance were not significant.
