海外代购中保护消费者权益的法律问题研究

摘　　要：随着网络技术、信息技术和代购行业的结合,海外代购行业日益发展起来,在一定程度上满足了人们对美好生活的需要。然而在此过程中,受到我国代购行业相关立法不完善等诸多因素的影响,消费者权益受侵害的问题日益严峻。本文重点论述海外代购的法律性质,研究海外代购活动中消费者权益受侵害的主要表现,在此基础上提出在海外代购活动中依法保护消费者权益的相关建议和措施。With the combination of network technology,information technology and purchasing agent,overseas purchasing has gradually developed.To some extent,it satisfies people needs for a better life.However,the infringement of consumers legitimate rights and interests has become increasingly serious because its legislation is still imperfect.How to protect consumers legitimate rights and interests has become more prominent.The article focuses on the legal nature of overseas purchasing,takes a probe into the main problems of consumers rights and interests being infringed during overseas purchasing act.On this basis,relevant suggestions and measures are put forward to protect consumers.
