品管圈活动在外周浅静脉留置针静脉炎发生率中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对住院患者外周浅静脉留置针静脉炎发生率的影响。方法于2018年11月15日~2019年3月15日运用戴明循环和品管圈10大基本步骤对重症医学科、神经外科、心胸肿瘤外科、普外科、血液风湿免疫科5个科室住院浅静脉留置针患者,以2周为时间节点观察干预后静脉炎发生率、活动目标达成率、进步率及圈员的综合能力改善状况。结果通过干预,住院患者外周浅静脉留置针静脉炎的发生率由20.00%逐渐降至9.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),活动目标达成率114.70%,进步率51.50%。圈员整体综合能力雷达图评分得到提高。结论实施品管圈活动,可有效降低住院患者外周浅静脉留置针静脉炎发生率,并无形中提升圈员的责任感、团队凝聚力、个人自信心、交流沟通能力、发现问题能力、组织协调能力、QCC手法运用能力。Objective To investigate the influence of quality control circle activities on the incidence of peripheral venous indwelling needle phlebitis.Methods From November 15th,2018 to March 15th,2019,ten basic steps of Deming cycle and quality control circle were used for the patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle in the department of Intensive Care Medicine,department of neurosurgery,department of cardiothoracic surgery,department of general surgery and department of rheumatology and immunology.After 2 weeks of intervention,the probability of phlebitis,goal achievement rate and improvement rate of activities and improvement of circle members'comprehensive ability were observed.Results Through intervention,the incidence of peripheral venous indwelling needle phlebitis of hospitalized patients was decreased from 20.00%to 9.70%gradually,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the goal achievement rate was 114.70%,and the improvement rate was 51.50%.The overall comprehensive ability radar chart score of the circle members was improved.Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the incidence of peripheral venous indwelling needle phlebitis of hospitalized patients and invisibly improve the sense of responsibility,team cohesion,personal self-confidence,communication skills,problem recognition ability,organizational coordination ability and QCC techniques using ability.
