摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的综合护理干预措施。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理措施,比较两组干预前后双上肢周径差值、肩关节活动度,并对两组护理干预效果、上肢功能康复情况及护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后两组双上肢周径差值、肩关节外展活动度和肩关节前屈活动度均显著改善,观察组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后两组上肢功能均显著恢复,观察组恢复效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度(73.3%)显著低于观察组护理满意度(100%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施可改善乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者水肿程度,促进改善患者的上肢功能恢复,提高临床疗效和护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention measures for upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care measures.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The differences in the circumference of the upper limbs and the activity of the shoulder joint before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.The effects of nursing intervention,upper limb function rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction in both groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the differences in the circumference of upper limbs,the shoulder abduction activity and the shoulder flexion activity were significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the upper limb function in both groups was recovered significantly.The recovery effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the control group was 73.3%,which was significantly lower than that of 100%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can improve the degree of edema in the patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,promote the improvement of upper limb function recovery,and improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisf
