基于饮食日记与微信群管理方式的院外延续性护理在妊娠糖尿病患者中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨饮食日记结合微信群管理在妊娠糖尿病患者院外延续性护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月~12月我院确诊且已出院的妊娠期糖尿病患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组26例,对照组给予常规院外延续性护理和出院指导,观察组给予基于饮食日记与微信群管理的院外延续性护理,门诊随访1个月,分别评价护理前、护理1周、护理2周、护理1个月时两组患者个人饮食管理能力,对比空腹血糖、2 h餐后血糖水平,通过阶段性对比探究基于饮食日记与微信群管理的院外延续性护理效果。结果随访1个月,观察组患者血糖控制水平、个人饮食管理水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于饮食日记与微信群管理的院外延续性护理有助于强化患者个体饮食管理,提高患者血糖控制水平和护理满意度,临床价值较高,值得大面积推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of diet diary and WeChat group management on the out-of-hospital continuous nursing in gestational diabetes patients.Methods A total of 52 patients with gestational diabetes diagnosed in our hospital and discharged from January to December 2016 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine out-of-hospital continuous nursing and discharge guidance,and the observation group was given out-of-hospital continuous nursing based on diet diary and WeChat group management.The outpatients were followed up for 1 month.Personal dietary management ability of two groups was evaluated at the time of before nursing,1 week after nursing,2 weeks after nursing,and 1 month after nursing.The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level were compared.The effect of out-of-hospital continuity care based on diet diary and WeChat group management was explored through staged comparison.Results The blood glucose control level and personal diet management level of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after following up for 1 month(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Out-of-hospital continuous nursing based on diet diary and WeChat group management can strengthen the individual diet management of patients,improve the blood sugar control level and nursing satisfaction of patients,and have high clinical value,which is worthy of wide-area promotion and application.
