我国装配式建筑的现状与发展

摘　　要：发展装配式建筑是推进供给侧结构性改革和新型城镇化发展的重要举措。阐述了国内外装配式建筑发展现状,分析了我国装配式建筑发展的意义、存在的问题及发展趋势。我国装配式建筑未来将会达到设计标准化、部品生产工厂化、现场施工装配化、结构装修一体化和建造过程全信息化。文章为装配式建筑的深化设计、预制生产、运输和施工等提供借鉴。The development of prefabricated buildings is an important measure to promote the structural reform of supply side and the development of new type urbanization.By explaining the development status of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,this paper describes the recent development of domestic and foreign prefabricated architecture and analyses the significance of the development of assembled architecture in China and its existing problems.Meanwhile,it provides an outlook of the promising future of prefabricated buildings,such as design standardization,parts factorialization,assemlly-oriented on-site construchion,integration of structure and decoration and full informatization of construction process.The paper provides a reference for the deepening design,prefabrication production,transportation and construction of prefabricated buildings.
