供给侧改革背景下社区富余劳动力再就业教育的问题和对策

摘　　要：时代的发展要求进一步提高教育的质量与效益,其中教育供给侧结构性改革政策的推进是不可或缺的重要举措。根据社区富余劳动力再就业的形势,社区再就业教育已成为我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,解决社区再就业教育的具体举措为:提升社区富余劳动力的职业能力和择业观;坚持社区为根,办好家门口的教育培训;加强社区富余劳动力教育队伍建设。The development of the times requires further improvement of the quality and efficiency of education,among which the promotion of structural reform policies on the supply side of education is an indispensable and important measure.In recent years,the unemployment and reemployment have been affecting the hearts of our party and government as well as the education authorities.In view of the s让uation of reemployment of community surplus labor force,the quality of reemployment education needs to be further improved,which is of great benefit to the stability and development of social economy.Community re-employment education has become an important part of the education system in China,which is of pertinence,diversity,universality and flexibility.
