文旅融合背景下高职旅游人才培养问题探讨----以扬州职业大学旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：文旅融合是旅游产业发展的新业态,彳亍业发展需要一大批既有文化素养、又有旅游专业技能的高素质旅游人才。高职旅游教育应该紧跟形势,树立加强文化素质教育的专业理念,构建“旅游+文化”的课程结构体系,传授文化特色鲜明的课程教学内容,采用师生互动的教学方法,选择文化性强的旅游企业作为实习基地,营造良好的旅游文化学习氛围,从而培养适应新时代需求的旅游人才。The integration of culture and tourism is a new form of tourism industry development,which requires a large number of high-quality tourism talents with both cultural literacy and tourism professional skills.This paper comes up with some corresponding ideas on higher vocational tourism education,such as keeping up with the situation,establish the professional concept of strengthening cultural quality education,constructing the curriculum structure system of tourism+culture,imparting the course content with distinct cultural characteristics,adopting the teaching method of lively interaction between teachers and students,choosing cultural tourism enterprises as practice bases,and creating a good learning atmosphere of tourism culture,hoping to cultivate tourism talents meeting the requirements of the new era.
