论仲景方药在肝癌中的运用

摘　　要：本文通过对《伤寒杂病论》辨治理论及方药的分析,提出中医诊治肝癌当法宗仲景、谨守病机,立四则四法——健脾补肾以扶助正气、化痰解毒以消散癌肿、疏肝解郁以调畅情志、温阳通络以散寒防变,用于指导临床。肝癌临证应发挥精准辨治的中医个体化优势,在整合经典方剂的基础上结合现代科研成果以优化选方用药,提高肝癌的综合防治水平。Through the analysis of the syndrome differentiation methods and the prescription regularity recorded in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,we put forward the principles of diagnosis and treatment for liver cancer in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The principles should follow the academic thoughts of ZHANG Zhong-jing based on the pathogenesis of liver cancer,and the four therapeutic therapies of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney for supporting healthy qi,resolving phlegm and removing toxin for dissipating tumor mass,soothing liver and relieving depression for regulating emotion,warming yang and unblocking collaterals for dispersing cold and preventing deterioration have been established for the clinical usage.The precise treatment with optimized individual Chinese medicine prescription based on the combination of classical formulae and modern scientific research achievements will enhance the level of comprehensive prevention and treatment of liver cancer.
