摘　　要：“癌毒”是近年来中西医结合肿瘤防治领域的重要创新性概念,是导致恶性肿瘤发生的根本原因,更是影响其转归、预后的关键因素之一。本文着眼于“癌毒”这一核心病机,围绕癌毒辨识及其临床特点,从断其根、易其性和化其形三方面,提出了围绕“癌毒”治疗诸多相应治法及用药思路,希望为深化中医药对癌毒的认识以及提高中西医结合诊治恶性肿瘤的水平提供一定借鉴与参考。Cancer toxin is an important innovative concept in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for cancer prevention and treatment in recent years.And cancer toxin is regarded not only as the root cause of the occurrence of malignant tumors,but also as one of the key factors affecting their prognosis.This article focuses on the identification of the clinical characteristics of cancer toxin,and puts forward some treatment methods and medication ideas from the aspects of eradicating the root cause,transforming the nature of toxin and resolving the cancer toxin mass.The discussion will be helpful to the understanding of cancer toxin and to the improvement of the level of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
