摘　　要：杨金坤教授在中医理论指导和前人经验的基础上,辨病与辨证结合,以健脾益肾、清热解毒、软坚散结为法,治疗肝癌取得良好的临床疗效。本文主要阐述杨教授对原发性肝癌的治疗经验,并列举临床验案2则,探索中医药治疗肝癌的临证思路。Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the clinical experiences of the predecessors,Professor YANG Jin-kun has achieved good clinical effect for the treatment of liver cancer by combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and with the therapeutic principles of invigorating spleen and nourishing kidney,clearing heat and detoxifying,softening hardness and resolving mass.In this paper,we mainly expound the experience of Professor YANG Jin-kun in treating primary liver cancer and then the experience was verified by the proven case.
