摘 要:从管理环境和技术手段两个方面解决全流程成本确定问题。提出能够有效集成生产各阶段关键成本因素的生产组织模式,在此基础上,以构件拆分方案为初始条件,建立全流程成本确定模型,从而能够基于具体拆分方案准确而快速地确定装配式建筑生产的全流程成本,为下一步进行拆分方案与全流程成本协同优化打下良好的基础。This paper deals with the whole process cost determination from two aspects of management environment and technical means.Firstly,a production organization model which can effectively integrate the key cost factors in each stage of production is proposed.On this basis,the component splitting scheme is taken as the initial condition to establish the whole process cost determination model.Therefore,the whole process cost of assembly construction production can be determined accurately and quickly based on the specific split scheme,which lays a good foundation for the next step of the split scheme and the collaborative optimization of the whole process cost.
