摘 要:目的建立桑枝中DNJ最优提取工艺。方法利用紫外分光光度法测定桑枝中DNJ的含量,考察超声功率、液料比、提取温度、提取时间和pH值等单因素对提取效果的影响,采用正交法对提取工艺进行优化。结果桑枝中DNJ的最佳提取工艺条件是pH为2.5、温度为65℃、液料比为30:1、提取功率为300 W,提取率为0.1026%。结论本工艺方法操作简便,有效的缩短提取时间,适用于桑枝中DNJ的提取。Objective To establish an optimal extraction process for DNJ in Ramulus mori.Methods The content of DNJ in Ramulus mori was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The effects of ultrasonic power,liquid-material ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and pH value on the extraction were investigated.The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal method.Results The optimum extraction conditions for DNJ in Ramulus mori were pH 2.5,temperature 65°C,liquid-material ratio 30:1,extraction power 300W,and the extraction rate was 0.1026%.Conclusion This method is easy to operate and effectively shortens the extraction time.It is suitable for the extraction of DNJ from Ramulus mori.
