摘  要:N-甲基吡咯烷酮(简称NMP)是无色透明油状溶剂,广泛用于锂电池领域。近几年,受电动汽车市场向好带动,NMP需求大幅提升,NMP的回收也逐渐被相关企业所重视。因NMP沸点比较高,不能采用直接回收方法,可以通过溶剂回收系统,经真空减压精馏实现。本工艺利用化工模拟软件PRO/II进行模拟计算,得到高纯度的NMP。N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone,short as NMP,is a kind of colorless,transparent and oily solvent that is widely used in lithium battery.In recent years,driven by the improvement of electric vehicle market,the demand of NMP has increased substantially.The recovery of NMP has been paid more and more attention by relevant enterprises.Because of the high boiling point of NMP,the method of direct recovery cannot be used.But we achieve it by vacuum distillation through solvent recovery system.PRO/II is used for simulation calculation in this process,and NMP with high purity is obtained.
