摘 要:纳氏试剂比色法测定较浑浊的水样中氨时,需用絮凝沉淀法进行预处理。处理过程要用到滤纸过滤。由于滤纸在其制造工艺中有含氨化合物渗入滤纸纤维内部不易去除,直接用滤纸过滤水样会对水样造成污染,导致氨的检测结果严重偏高。所以在测定水样中氨的含量时用到的滤纸应该用无氨水充分洗涤或用无氨蒸馏水浸泡,脱氨后再使用。When nas reagent color than color method to determine the more turbid water samples of ammonia,it is necessary to use flocculation precipitation method for pretreatment.The process is filtered with filter paper.Because the filter paper in its manufacturing process contains ammonia compounds into the inside of the filter paper fiber is not easy to remove,directly filter water samples with filter paper will cause pollution to the water sample,resulting in a serious high ammonia test results.Therefore,in determining the content of ammonia in the water sample used in the filter paper should be fully washed with ammonia-free water or soaked with ammonia-free distilled water,de-ammonia and then used.
