摘 要:大型水电机组具有调节速度快,调节性能好等优点,保障了电网电能质量。然而实际工作中,因AGC运行要求、安全闭锁策略不合理、不完善和人员误操作等原因引起的负荷波动时有发生,影响了电网和电厂的安全稳定运行。本文首先对本厂的AGC功能和执行流程进行了说明,接着对AGC的调节方式、算法以及对AGC的运行要求进行了阐述,最后对AGC在运行期间需考虑的安全策略进行了分析。希望通过本文的阐述可以对类似电站提供借鉴和帮助。A large hydrogenerator unit is advantaged by fast regulating speed and good regulating capacity,and can guarantee the power quality of power grid.During actual operation,however,load fluctuations occur from time to time due to AGC operation requirements,unreasonable and incomplete safety blocking strategy and misoperation of operating personnel,affecting the operation safety and stability of power grid and hydropower station.This paper first expounds the AGC functions and implementation process of the hydropower station,and then describes the AGC regulation mode and algorithm as well as AGC operation requirements,and finally analyzes the safety strategies to be considered during AGC operation.This article is intended to provide reference and help for similar hydropower stations.
