摘 要:海上平台成本高,为了能够充分利用井槽资源,所钻的井多为大斜度井及水平井,因此在海上完井的过程中,射孔后管柱遇卡是极易出现的技术难题,而大斜度井超长射孔段射孔作业卡钻风险倍增。结合渤海油田地质特点及开采要求,以及管柱遇卡的原因,从井筒清洁、射孔液优选、射孔器材及射孔管柱优化设计等方面展开研究,进行了射孔弹射孔后弹屑分析试验,并对射孔后套管剩余强度进行了模拟分析,可有效防止套管变形。在满足油藏要求的前提下,总结出一套适用于渤海油田超长层射孔段的管柱防卡技术,可有效规避射孔后造成压差卡钻、砂卡、管柱断裂等复杂情况。该技术已在渤海油田多口超长层大斜度井进行了应用,均取得较好的应用结果,其中海34井效果最好,实际产量超过配产的33.98%,为大斜度井超长射孔层段射孔作业提供了技术保障。Due to the high cost of offshore platform,in order to give full play to the well channel resources,the wells drilled are mostly highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.Therefore,in the process of offshore well completion,it is a technical problem that the perforation string is stuck after perforation,which makes the risk of sticking in the perforation operation of super long perforation section in highly deviated wells multiply.Based on the geological characteristics and production requirements of Bohai oilfield and the causes of pipe string sticking,the anti-jamming technology of perforating string of super long perforating section is studied from the aspects of wellbore cleaning,perforating fluid optimization,perforating string optimization design,etc.This paper analyzes the probability of the perforation string sticking caused by the perforating charge debris after perforating,and analyzes the residual strength of the casing after perforating to prevent the casing deformation.On the premise of meeting the requirements of the reservoir,a set of pipe string antisticking technology suitable for the highly deviated wells of super long perforation section in Bohai oilfield is summarized,which can effectively avoid the complicated situations such as differential pressure sticking,sand sticking and pipe string fracture after perforation.This technology has been applied in several high angle wells with super long perforation section in Bohai oilfield,and all of them have achieved good results.The effect of Hai 34 well is the best,and the actual production exceeds 33.98%of the matching production,which provides technical support for the perforation operation of high angle wells with super long perforation section.
