摘　　要：实时监测油井采油作业,可以及时发现油井故障并通过监测数据处理故障,同时实现单井产液量计量和单井产液含水率测量。油井监测和计量是通过数字阀门采集数据,由油井数据处理控制器和无线网络进行数据处理和传输。监测数据在电脑上以图表的形式显示,根据柱状图及时发现问题,及时处理故障,同时合理安排油井工作制度,达到增产、节能效果。The oil well faults can be discovered and processed in time by real-time monitoring of oil well production,and the measurement of liquid production volume and water cut of single well is realized at the same time.Oil well monitoring and metering is to acquire data through digital valves,and the acquired data is processed and transmitted by oil well data processing controller and wireless network.The monitoring data is displayed on the computer in the form of table and histogram.According to the histogram,problems can be found in time,faults can be handled,and the working system of oil well can be reasonably arranged to achieve the effect of increasing production and saving energy.
