摘 要:在中国高铁产业“走出去”步伐日渐加快的过程中,标准化发挥了重要的助推作用。本文从标准化的信息传递效应、技术创新增强效应与有效需求扩大效应等角度出发探讨了标准化影响我国产业“走出去”的机理;以2007—2017年为研究期间,构建多元对数线性回归模型就标准化对我国铁路产业“走出去”的影响进行研究。研究结果表明:在铁路产业“走出去”的各影响因素中,标准化水平、发明专利数量和我国实际利用外资有显著的正向影响;我国对外直接投资对铁路产业“走出去”具有负向效应;铁路客车拥有量的作用不显著。据此,本文提出相应的对策。In the process of"one belt and one road"construction,China's high-speed rail industry has stepped up its pace of"going out",among which standardization has played an important role in boosting.The mechanism of standardization influencing domestic industry"going out"is discussed from the principles of standardization information transmission effect,technology innovation enhancement effect and effective demand expansion effect.At the same time,the standardization process of railway industry and the status quo of railway industry going out are analyzed.Taking 2007—2017 as the sample period,the multivariate logarithmic linear regression model is constructed,and the results show that the standardization level has a significant positive impact on the"going out"of China's railway industry;the number of invention patents and the actual utilization of foreign capital in China have a significant positive effect;China's foreign direct investment has a negative effect;railway passenger train crowds have a negative effect;Quantitative effect is not significant.Accordingly,standardization countermeasures are put forward.
