摘  要:论文通过脉冲行波管的选型为中心,介绍如何围绕行波管的使用要求来选型设计外围电路单元。结合MPM发射机的工作特性,详细地分析了IPC的组成和工作原理,为该技术的使用推广和类似MPM的设计提供一些技术指导。最终通过试验验证了热仿真散热设计的正确性,证明产品达到预期要求,并总结了该技术推广到其它产品的目前技术水平。This paper introduces how to select and design the peripheral circuit unit according to the requirement of TWT by taking the selection of TWT as the center.Combined with the working characteristics of MPM transmitter,the composition and working principle of IPC are analyzed in detail,which provides some technical guidance for the application and promotion of this technology and the design of similar MPM.Finally,the correctness of the thermal simulation heat dissipation design is verified through the experiment,and the product meets the expected requirements,and the current technical level of the technology promoted to other products is summarized.
