多沙唑嗪在输尿管下段结石的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评估多沙唑嗪对输尿管下段结石的疗效及安全性。方法收集136例新发输尿管下段单发结石患者的临床资料,根据其服用的排石药物分为多沙唑嗪联合五淋化石丸组(A组)70例和单用五淋化石丸组(B组)66例。A组使用多沙唑嗪4 mg、每日1次,联合五淋化石丸5粒、每日3次,B组仅使用五淋化石丸5粒、每日3次。记录2组患者的结石排出时间、排出率、止痛药物使用率及用量、外科手术率及不良反应。结果与B组相比,A组患者的结石排出率较高、排出时间较短、止痛药使用率及用量较低、转外科手术率也较低(P均<0.05)。A组中年龄≤40岁、男性患者和直径≤6 mm的结石排出率均高于B组(P均<0.05)。2组患者的各项不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论多沙唑嗪可有效促进输尿管下段结石的排出,且安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of doxazosin in the treatment of lower ureteral calculi. Methods Clinical data of 136 cases of newly-diagnosed lower ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into doxazosin(4 mg Qd) combined with Wulin fossil pills(5 grains Tid) group(group A, n=70) and Wulin fossil pills(5 grains Tid) group(group B, n=66). The stone excretion time, stone excretion rate, utilization rate and dose of analgesic drugs, operation rate and incidence of adverse events were recorded between two groups. Results In group A, the stone excretion rate was significantly higher, the stone excretion time was remarkably shorter, the utilization rate and dose of analgesic drugs were considerably lower and the operation rate was significantly lower than those in group B(all P<0.05). In group A, the stone excretion rates in patients aged ≤ 40 years, male and stone diameter ≤ 6 mm were significantly higher compared with those in group B(all P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse events did not significantly differ between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Doxazosin is effective and safe in the treatment of lower ureteral calculi.
