“品”字框架救治模式在羊水栓塞急救中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析我院发生的3例羊水栓塞抢救成功案例,探讨"品"字框架救治模式下羊水栓塞诊治策略及抢救流程。方法:回顾性分析我院2016-2018年发生的3例羊水栓塞采用"品"字框架救治模式抢救的诊治过程。结果:3例产妇均抢救成功,病情得到有效控制,未出现严重并发症。结论:早期识别及联合多学科团队救治对成功抢救羊水栓塞及改善母儿预后至关重要,优化抢救流程可提高救治效果。Objective: Analyze the successful cases of 3 cases of amniotic fluid embolism in our hospital, and explore the diagnosis and treatment strategy and rescue procedure of amniotic fluid embolism. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 3 cases of amniotic fluid embolism in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 using the "Three-legged" word structure team process rescue treatment process. Results: All the 3 women were successfully rescued, and the condition was effectively controlled without serious complications. Conclusions: Early identification and joint multidisciplinary team treatment are essential for successful rescue of amniotic fluid embolism and improvement of maternal and child prognosis. Optimizing the rescue process can improve the treatment effect.
