摘　　要：左心发育不良综合征是一种罕见的先天性心脏病,主要表现为二尖瓣和/或主动脉瓣的病变导致的左心流入道及流出道的发育不良。其预后差,病死率高,胎儿期主要经产前超声诊断。本文将对超声诊断左心发育不良综合征的应用及新进展进行综述。Hypoplastic left heart syndrome is a kind of rare congenital heart disease,which is characterized by the hypoplasia of the left inflow and outflow tract caused by the lesions of the mitral valve and/or the aortic valve.Its prognosis is poor,mortality is high,mainly diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound.This article reviews the appliance and new progress of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
