摘　　要：近年来我国经济发展持续向好,国内市场对资本的需求不断放大,外汇管制和对利用外资的审批也逐步放松,短期资本流动的可能性不断加剧。为避免短期资本流动影响我国经济金融稳定,现研究总结国际短期资本流动管理经验,并思考我国完善短期资本流动管理的方式方法。In recent years,China’s economic development continues to improve,the demand for capital in the domestic market continues to enlarge,foreign exchange control and the examination and approval of the use of foreign capital are also gradually relaxed,and the possibility of short-term capital flows is increasing.In order to avoid the influence of short-term capital flow on China’s economic and financial stability,this paper studies and summarizes the experience of international short-term capital flow management,and considers the ways and methods of improving short-term capital flow management in China.
