摘　　要：中国文化视角下的“管理”与西方的“management”和“administration”并不完全一致。按《大学》的归纳,中国式管理呈阶梯状,依次是“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”,即“治身、治家、治国与治生”,是建立在自我管理(修身)基础之上,进一步实现家庭管理和团队管理(齐家),继而搞好组织管理并担负起推动整个社会和谐发展的社会责任。本文从国学典籍出发,以中国文化视角,归纳总结了自我管理、家庭管理、组织和国家管理及社会责任四大管理理论研究对象,梳理了明德治身、伦常治家、为公治国、责任治生的理论框架,阐述了文献解读、中西合璧、现实实践的研究方法,为发展中国管理理论与科学、服务于中国当代管理实践,理清了基础性问题。From the perspective of Chinese culture,“Guanli”is not completely consistent with“management”and“administration”in the west.According to the summary of The Great Learning,Chinese-style management is in the form of ladder,which is“self-cultivation,family alignment,state ordering,and world peace”,namely“self governance,family governance,state governance and spirit governance”.It is based on self-management(self-cultivation),to further realize family management and team management(family alignment),and then to do well in organizational management and take on the social responsibility of promoting the harmonious development of the whole society.From the perspective of Chinese culture,this paper sums up the four theoretical research objects of self-management,family management,organization,national management and social responsibility,combs the theoretical framework of governing the body by virtue,governing the family by virtue,governing the country for the public,and governing the spirit by responsibility,and expounds the research methods of literature interpretation,integration of east and west,and practical practice,and thus clarifies the basic issues for the development of Chinese management theory and scientific and serves the China s contemporary management practice.
