益气养阴方联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童变应性鼻炎气阴两虚型临床疗效及相关机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴方联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)气阴两虚型临床疗效及相关机制研究。方法将122例儿童AR气阴两虚型患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组61例予西替利嗪滴剂治疗;治疗组61例予益气养阴方联合穴位贴敷治疗。2组均治疗21 d。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后症状积分变化;比较2组治疗前后免疫球蛋白E(IgE)及炎症因子白细胞介素4(IL-4)、IL-33水平变化;观察2组治疗前后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数变化;比较2组不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率93.44%,对照组总有效率70.49%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后IgE及IL-4、IL-33水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后外周血EOS计数均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率(4.92%)低于对照组(21.31%,P<0.05)。结论益气养阴方联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童AR气阴两虚型,可改善患儿免疫功能,减轻炎症反应程度,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin recipe combined with acupoint application on patients with allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods 122 patients with AR were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 61 cases in control group were treated by cetirizine and mometasone furoate. 61 cases in treatment group were treated by Yiqi Yangyin recipe and acupoint application. Both groups were treated for 21 days. The changes of symptom score before and after treatment were compared. The changes of eosinophils(EOS)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The changes of immunoglobulin E(IgE), IL-4 and IL-33 were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. The curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were counted. Results The total effective rate was 93.44% in treatment group and 70.09% in control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than that of the group before treatment(P<0.05), and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IgE, IL-4 and IL-33 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05), and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05). After treatment, the EOS in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05), and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(4.92%) was lower than that in the control group(21.31%, P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin recipe combined with acupoint application can improve the immune function, reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical effect of AR.
