摘  要:目的观察太白楤木与珠子参不同配伍对骨质疏松大鼠模型骨代谢指标及骨生物力学的影响。方法将120只SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为6组,正常组、模型组、中药配伍1组、中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组及西药组,各20只。饲养1周,除正常组外,其余5组去除卵巢建立骨质疏松大鼠模型。术后2周给药,正常组、模型组正常饲养;中药配伍1组、中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组按照相应剂量(太白楤木与珠子参提取物2:1、1:1和1:2配成的溶液,按0.008 1 g/kg剂量给药)灌胃;西药组予阿仑膦酸钠水溶液(阿仑膦酸钠片用蒸馏水在给药前临时配制)1.2 mg/kg灌胃。每日1次,连续灌胃12周。观察各组大鼠一般情况;观察各组大鼠骨代谢标志物血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)变化,以及大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷、股骨刚度、拉伸弹性模量变化。结果模型组血清ALP高于正常组(P<0.05),血清Ca低于正常组(P<0.05),说明造模成功。中药配伍1组、中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组及西药组血清ALP均低于模型组(P<0.05),血清Ca高于模型组(P<0.05),说明治疗均有效。中药配伍1组、中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组血清ALP均高于西药组(P<0.05),说明西药组对血清ALP的改善优于中药配伍组;中药配伍1组血清ALP低于中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组(P<0.05),说明中药配伍1组对血清ALP的改善优于中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组。模型组大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷、股骨刚度、拉伸弹性模量均低于正常组(P<0.05),说明造模成功。中药配伍1组、中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组及西药组大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷、股骨刚度、拉伸弹性模量均高于模型组(P<0.05),说明治疗均有效。中药配伍1组、中药配伍2组、中药配伍3组大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷、股骨刚度、拉伸弹性模量均低于对照组(P<0.05),说明对照组对大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷、股骨刚度、拉伸弹性模量的改善优于�Objective To observe the effect of different compatibility of Aralia taibaiensis and Panacis majoris rhizoma on bone metabolism and biomechanics in osteoporosis rats. Methods 120 SD rats were divided into 6 groups according to the random number table method, namely normal group, model group, Chinese medicine compatibility group 1, Chinese medicine compatibility group 2, Chinese medicine compatibility group 3 and western medicine group, with 20 rats in each group. After feeding for one week, the other 5 groups except normal group were ovariectomized to establish osteoporosis model. Two weeks after the operation, the normal group and the model group were fed normally;the Chinese medicine compatibility group 1, Chinese medicine compatibility group 2 and Chinese medicine compatibility group 3 were administrated by gavage according to the corresponding dose(the solution of Aralia taibaiensis and Panacis majoris rhizoma 2:1, 1:1 and 1:2, administered by 0.0081 g/kg dose);the western medicine group were given alendronate sodium solution(alendronate sodium tablets were temporarily prepared with distilled water before administration) 1.2 mg/kg by gavage. ALL groups were treated once a day for 12 weeks. The general situation of rats in each group were observed. The changes of serum alkaline phosphatase assay(ALP), calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P) were observed. The maximum load, tensile rigidity of femur and the modulus of elasticity of right femur were observed. Results The serum ALP of model group was higher than that of normal group(P<0.05), and the serum Ca was lower than that of normal group(P<0.05). It indicates that the molding is successful. The serum ALP of Chinese medicine compatibility group 1, Chinese medicine compatibility group 2, Chinese medicine compatibility group 3 and western medicine group was lower than that of model group(P<0.05), and the serum Ca was higher than that of the model group(P<0.05).
