摘　　要：目的观察肌骨超声引导下针刀联合补肾活血方治疗腰椎间盘突出症(肝肾亏虚型)的临床疗效。方法将160例腰椎间盘突出症(肝肾亏虚型)患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组80例予肌骨超声引导下针刀联合补肾活血方治疗;对照组80例予电针治疗。2组均治疗2周后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)情况。结果治疗后2组ODI评分、疼痛VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率81.25%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌骨超声引导下针刀联合补肾活血方治疗腰椎间盘突出症(肝肾亏虚型)疗效确切,并能改善ODI、疼痛VAS评分。Objective To observe the effect of acupotomy combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction under the guidance of muscle and bone ultrasound on lumbar disc herniatio with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods 160 patients with lumbar disc herniation with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 80 cases in treatment group were treated by acupotomy combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction under the guidance of muscle and bone ultrasound. 80 cases in control group were treated by electroacupuncture. After two weeks of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the scores of oswestry dysfunction index(ODI) and visual analogue of pain(VAS) before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the ODI score and VAS score of pain in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 95.00% in treatment group and 81.25% in control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Under the guidance of muscle and bone ultrasound, acupotomy combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome, and can improve the ODI and VAS score of pain.
