摘 要:以肉鸡颗粒饲料为研究对象,研究硬颗粒饲料制作对配合饲料中维生素存留量影响研究。试验分粉料和硬颗粒饲料2种料型,研究调质、制粒、冷却等对维生素活性的影响。颗粒饲料制作过程中,肉小鸡配合饲料调制、制粒、冷却显著降低了(P<0.05)VA、VD、VE和VK的含量,VB2的含量在冷却后显著降低(P<0.05);肉大鸡配合饲料中调制、制粒、冷却后VA、VD、VE含量显著降低(P<0.05),制粒、冷却后VB2含量降低(P<0.05)。肉小鸡和肉大鸡配合饲料颗粒制作过程中维生素的损失在调制后最严重。肉鸡配合饲料在颗粒制作过程中冷却后的水分含量略低于混合后。混合后和冷却后水分含量和料温明显低于调制和制粒过程,而容重的变化则是调制后最低、混合后和制粒后基本相当、冷却后最高。调制和制粒后的肉鸡配合饲料干物质和有机物含量低于混合和冷却后,而粗蛋白、钙和磷含量各制作过程基本保持不变。In this study,the object was to evaluate effects of pelleting on the content of vitamin reserve⁃din formular feed.Broiler pellets were used for this study.The experimental diets were arranged two physical forms(mash and pellet)and were conducted to evaluate the effects of conditioning,pelleting and cooling on the activity of vitamin.The content of VA,VD,VE and VK reserved in starter broiler formular feed pellets were decreased(P<0.05)by conditioning,pelleting and cooling.The content of VA,VD and VE reserved in the finisher broiler formular feed pellets followed the same pattern.The content of VB2 in starter broiler formular feed pellets was decreased(P<0.05)by cooling.However,the content of VB2 reserved in the finisher broiler formular feed pellets decreased(P<0.05)by pelleting and cooling.In summary,the loss of vitamin in broilers formular feed pellets was mostly severely af⁃fected by conditioning.The moisture content of broiler formular feed slightly reduced in the process of pelleting than mixing.The moisture content and material temperature of formular feed were significant⁃ly reduced by the process of coolingthan conditioning and pelleting.However,the bulk density was the lowest in conditioning and was roughly equal in mixing and pelleting and highest in cooling process.The content of DM(dry matter)and OM(organic matter)were smallerin conditioning than mixing and cooling.While,the content of CP(crude pro⁃tein),Ca(calcium)and P(phosphorus)essentially unchanged in each production process.
